Well. I am a thief vampire level 27. I am on a quet for the Aunde vampire clan. My quest is to kill a vampire hunter in Ald Rhun. I kill him daylight and plenty of people se me do it. But I do not get a jurnal entry and when i go to report that i have killed him in broad daylight and in lot of people to see I dont get mission as completed. what shal i do??

I found the time of day affects it. Being daylight is not enough. Do it around midday. Also make sure you lead him into the area where the guards, although visible, are not peripheral. That should work.
