Little sum up of things we have and which need to be decided on yet.

Chancellor Ocato will call on you -> How?
Just a note like the DLC's ?

You'll get the quests. which order? The dragon's blood or the pieces first?

Get the dragon blood. From a cave. You'll need a special dagger for the dragon to bleed.
It cannot die, you or the dragon needs to fly out of there.

Assembling the amulet of kings.
6 pieces, 6 quests
1th piece is in possession of a merchant who's sons eventually need to be rescued in return.
2nd piece is in possession of jealous neighbor of the one who'd found it in the first place
3th piece is in possession of a crater it created . It contains the shard, among the creatures it inhabits.
4th piece is in possession of some ogres.
5th piece is in possession of a mage/necromancer who seeks power from it.
6th piece need to be created by yourself via an artifact.

3-6 needs some more details yet.
3: Where is the shard exactly, inside a chest/ creature or perhaps on the ground?
4: Yep, a cave or an ayleid place. Prefer the first one though. Its a bit easier, but its ok though.
5: Where is that npc now?
6: What artifact and where can it be found?

Then the enlightenment of the dragon fires.
There is an attack... from who and exactly where?
(Doesn't need to be in the Imperial City, rather prefer somewhere else, choice is yours however!)

The coronation and stuff can be dealt with later on....

Yeah, and than it goes (or flies) away. Or you run away . So it isn't killed.
Better do this inside the same quest or not?
I could make another quest for it, but perhaps its better to keep the numbers a little low.

How about this there is one dragon and its recurring throughout the quests that you do. This might make quests more exciting. You could fight it in all atmospheres like tight situations in caves to large underground cities (just idea if anyone is willing) to out in the plains etc. Perhaps, when you are given the choice between chancellor and emperor, it is the same choice between you being a dragon and not being one. Look at it this way: you are the servant of Martin the emperor, his high scout of the land and maybe sometimes his steed. I find it implausable to be a dragon emperor cuz how would you get into your office to finish off that day's paperwork; you'd be too big. (of course then comes the idea of a transformation.) Prior to this, maybe the empire could issue a Griffin or some artificialized being to help you fight the dragon / idk just some ideas to ponder.
