all in one is meaning that's all the options and both body types are in the package. If you don't want to mess with using a skeleton just select a package that is not BBP. The CBBE Slim And dream girl option as well as the standard unp and CBBE verions do not need a skeleton.just like any other BBP type mod you will need a skeleton to use a BBP option. There is just no way to embed a bbp skeleton into a follower package. If you do want a BBP type skeleton I recommend the xp32 @ skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26800/?
