Oh almost forgot the hard drive, have you ever considered going for an SSD hard drive? that will brake your budget lol.

If you get the right parts you would have no need for O/C, what you should do is change the clock speed of all of the components so that they are in sync with each other.

Okay, Pwnbyscope.

Windows 7 looks nice, but is it very compatible with anything? Vista x64 is already bad enough.

Windows 7 is the best and the most stable, very much like xp is, if not even more so. I suggest you check it out, its an awsome os.

And compatible with almost anything.
