Would be great if you added an extra deco to bring the genemod style armor back. Would be nice to have some sleeveless soldiers, and some with sleeves.

Maybe it's just me but XCOMModHelper -c Revenge_of_the_Sleeves.xml -x "D:\Secondary Program Files\XCOM - Enemy Within"
@ECHO OFF
pause
did not work
I had to remove the last quotation mark for some odd reason so it was
XCOMModHelper -c Revenge_of_the_Sleeves.xml -x "D:\Secondary Program Files\XCOM - Enemy Within
@ECHO OFF
pause
instead.

Firstly, I'm pretty sure both quotation marks are needed. Secondly... are you sure you're using the right file path? Because "D:\Secondary Program Files\XCOM - Enemy Within" is mine. :/ Please ensure that you've put in the right path.

My soldiers thank and salute you good sir. That sleeveless nonsense was the only reason I didn't gene-mod all of my people but now I got the whole squad leaping over buildings or going stealth in cover. Awesome mod all around.

Thanks for this mod. Sleeveless Titan and Archangel armors look silly.

This is wonderful mod. I hated the sleeveless armour so much I opted out of gene modifying most of my troops and just ignored the gene lab completely.

Since I ran the batch file I've been having some major stuttering issues with the game. It ran perfectly fine before so I'm wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar?

I get an error which says that access to the path of the Backup file the .bat wants to create is denied. I tried creating the Backup folder in manualy where it tried to but got another error after

Sounds like a permissions issue. Windows 7 I hope? I can think of two things to try.
Find the XEW folder in Enemy Unknown -> Right Click -> Properties -> uncheck "Read Only" -> Apply
It'll ask whether to apply the change to all files in the folder/sub-folders, let it.
Then if that doesn't work, you might disable User Account Control for the duration of the patch, just google "disable uac". Be sure to turn it back on afterwards though.
