If you really think that it aint working you can check it by pressing ALT + ENTER (dont know if its also 'Alt' in english lol the key left of SPACE)there you get into the ENB-Option window and there you can tick *Use Effect* on and off. If it is really not working then either you should not get into this window or you dont notice a difference when activating / deactivating.But if your (RealVision)ENB is old, then you dont have that window inclusive anyway. Also (for some versions of ENB) you can try if you get an FPS-meter in the upper left corner when pressing * on the num pad. So you could also detect if its working or not.
