normal map and lighting Advise or help needed

Hallo

 i m trying to port a house in oblivion and i have problems with the normal maps of the building ,i dont know actually ,perhaps its the settings in the materials in  blender .i ve tried several settings in gimp normal map plugin but all look awful.Also the lighting in the interior is bad too

Another issue is that im using parts of meshes from vanilla oblivion and i want to reset the texture or the mesh so i can get rid off some dirt or shadow in the texture(see the ceiling on the bath)

 

any help acceptable

the house is located opposite to odill farm to the south (chorol)

it requires shivering islands
