[HABM]

I've been trying all day to get the Electro City mod to work... no matter what, the lights never turn on. Ive never posted here before so Im not sure what to include, so... I installed the game via dropping everything in the DATA folder (as the install instructions say), and even loading it into FMM... nothing. Any help?
