Really awesome mate; that got at least the quality of mikals plant textures in my opinion and they are my favourite so far .. I wonder how you've made the needles of the conifers; that's actually a terrible work .. I know that since I've tried that too but finally gave up;
Thanks a lot for sharing

:D I'm happy you like it. Probably the best place at the moment to see most of them is around Maranta, Porrada, along Woreda River, and a juniper grove west of Etenera. That's because I tend to work on the textures I currently come across in my own strolls, and leave others (even simple variations, like summer version or snowy version) until I actually can see them.

Thank you for a very pretty screenshot :)

Wow! This is probably the best complement one could receive. Mikal's improved flora has always been on top of my list (I wonder how comes some of them actually got buried under my more recent files - thanks for reminding me to dig deep and place them higher in the installation order). :)
Haha, yeah, I'm insane - I meticulously cut out every single needle. It's a hell of a task, but so much worth your time.

Congrats to the release, my friend!
...and sorry for being late! I check the new uploads regularly - but not every day. ;)

Hey, just think back some months. Who of us would have thought that you ever will release such great looking texture replacer.
It was really interesting to see it through your uploaded images how you started with this project and what progress you made!
I always admired your constant thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn, and in the end it was worth every hour you spent with this project!
...and every gray hair you got! :P ;D

You did a really great job! Cheers! Posted Image
Just out of curiosity: Is the Boobab Tree included? ;D (insider)

Oh, and as I read in the description you're playing with the idea to have a look at the trees in Cyrodill eventually. Sounds really interesting and promising! The only fear I have is that I will not recognize my Cyrodiil anymore if I return from Nehrim...

...one day...

...perhaps.

You know me! ;) :D

I think i have now seen all your textures in game, i have to say it has really boosted the sense of real life rather than electronic life. and that is exactly that which I aim for. i am not a game player, i am an explorer which is why i like ubanga so much. The sense of realism is such now that in real life i see stuff and for just a moment i think how did that get there? Was it a seed that drifted on the breeze from porada maybe? i am sure that one day while shopping in tescos (maybe in the polish section that I admit i am geting a hook into) i will see....produce of ubanga!
i sincerely hope you continue with this project. Long after we are all gone someone somewhere will uncover this amazing digital legacy and think... A tree, a plant...so that is what they looked like!

Thank you Tobbie for such a kind review. It's cool to know that you appreciate these textures even though you heven't been to Ubanga yet ;P (I believe you have seen the raw files, but that's fine - I still recommend visiting Al's world and all its beauty). Haha, no, the boobab tree is not there, but who knows what nature's wonders may come when I master SpeedTree...
For now show us as many great images from Nehrim as you can, but be sure to come back one day. :)

Wow, Discovery, again you've put it so well, that anything I might add would sound bland and uninspired.
Your theory on how such things (not only UBG but all similar mods) may serve as reference for future generations sounds extremely interesting. The other day over a few pints I was discussing with a friend similar scenarios but with books – the paper ones, not e-books.
UBG – just like Ubanga itself – is a project in continuous development, so many things are prone to change and - definitely - be added. I believe yours is the same, and I’m looking forward to see how it evolves. :)

Now I can see your stunning work as perfect as I wished with that re-installation of the machine that I did.
It's just wonderful... If you don't mind I will upload images in your galery. I'm in Ubanga and I'm so excited... your ground, landscape and plants are a real succes. Forgive me to not have be able to watch it sooner. Since many mounths I have big problems with the system. Really, it's a good thing that I had this crash. Now all is better than it ever was.
Images there now... more to come. If you plan to give another, a real, life to Cyrodiil I will absolutely support that work and install it in my game.

Thank you Sweet Denny ;) - for this heartwarming comment and for stunning images. With my laptop I'd never be able to make a portfolio as classy and detailed as yours. Merci.
