Can anyone point me to a step-by-step guide as to how to do this? Every time I try to export to .obj it goes fine then when I try to import into nifskope I am told to 'triangulate my meshes'. I have searched the net until I am pale white with exhaustion but there is no 'nifskope/poser for dummies' anywhere. Everyone always assumes you know everything and then they produce a video which you can't follow.

 

I have only just acquired Poser and Nifskope and I am trying to learn but I find the best way to do this is to actually do something. I have a model in poser which I wish to use for my character in Skyrim - hence my desire to import into Nifskope (then learn how to get it into skyrim so I can choose it from the race menu/body type. Thern I want to give it to a few NPC's (new race).

Those are my ambitions but, as I said, any straightforward 'press this button' guidance I have yet to find.
