It started out as a good idea... but then went to crap...
The sewers are a good idea... but a race...
I doubt it would go well with the experienced modders here...

Ok wesaynothin you like making fun of my ideas. Or do you just like them. That fog thing was my idea. I thought that was pretty cool a. wesaynothin was just trying to poke fun at me. But about the serial killer thing. Maybe he does not die he just gets stronger. Every time you kill him. Kind of like Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th movies. So pretty soon you can't even look him in the eyes without him scaring the hell out of you. And the only way is to run like a little tiny five-year-old girl.

The him Getting stronger is cool that would make him scarly the person would have to be slower than you so you can run thou,
i just finished 3 hours of modding and got a whole new under world created
is will have a
1)large(bigger than pelgiad) city
2) a area for house a (ruined temple in the wall, with 6 doors for six homes)
3)fish thath swim around and don't attack ( 1% attack chance, 35% flee)
4)the city will have a town hall, a market (witch will have some good stuff mostly crap, because everthing thing down there was stolen or flushed)
need more ideas , need to now how to put it on this site???

dr. just having fun... but it would be a cool idea, just more plausible int the bitter coast or somewhere where there would be pirates. not balmora.

Nice ideas job, Foot666... sounds cool.
Once your done, get a program like winzip (I use winzip 'cause its pretty straight forward, but other programs like zipgenius also exist), make a readme file (you gotta have that if you want good support from the fans!), and then zip the plugin, the readme and any new meshes/texures/icons into one zip file. Then, go onto the site and select "Upload your MOD" from the navigation bar. Then its pretty tells you what to do. Follow the instructions, and now you have a MOD that everyone can enjoy!
Have you ever read the books based on the Myst games? Very interesting. There was this underground city of D'ni, which was once this thriving metropolis (before the games in the timeline). There were various guilds and a council of elders/master guildsmen. Manors were in the top part of the city, smaller houses at the lower. a great lake dominated the main part of the cavern, around which the city lay. In the middle of the lake was great rock spire, which was a manor in itself!
I'm not suggesting that you make a copy of D'ni, but these are just some ideas for making the layout, social order, etc. of a cool underground city.

That all sounds awesome wickedly cool. What kind of ninja Turtles live in the sewers. Just joking does it have that cool zombie pit thing. I had some good ideas. but just wait a minute. As I drink my caffeine. Are you thinking about putting that cool serial killer thing in. And if you do you should make him pretty big and slow. Are we going to expand the top of Belmora. Because if we do we should add a marketplace or something. I can't think right now. Because it's getting pretty late.

I jus thought bout the race didnt realy think any1 would make it. But there could maybe be a cave under the sewer with like some kinda monster, like a huge corprus stalker that can swim.It started out as a good idea... but then went to crap...
