Hello,

I have never used mods on DAO before now.  I installed a new game just to try out some mods.  I'm playing as a mage, and the first Valor Spirit is simply a floating head with no body, although his weapons appear on his back just fine.  Here are a list of the mods I'm using.  I've already tried uninstalling NBaio (that was my first thought as to what the culprit could be) but no luck.  I have read through these mods and to the best of my knowledge I have installed them correctly and not installed conflicting mods.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Most of these mods affect females, not males, so I'm not sure which could be the problem.

Hi applesonia, the problem is Improved Atmosphere.  There is a file in there that conflicts.  You just need to find the valor file and delete it.  However, it will only work on a new game.  Luckily, it is a minor issue, so if you've played past it, you won't really notice anything else having trouble.

Thank you so much for the comment.  Can you point me to the exact file?  It's really bothering me...

I'm sorry, I cannot.  I do not have the game installed any more.  However, I found it by searching for "Valor", or "Spirit", one of those two.  Two files should come up.

I also have 2 more problems

1.  Females seem to have heavy eye shadow, and it looks aweful

2.  Tranquils don't have the brand on their forehead.

Tranquils don't have a brand in DA1, if you are using a mod for that, I can't help you there as I never used it.

Wait, what, really?

Then how do you explain their gigantic foreheads?

DA1's bodies and faces are primitive in comparison to DA2.  I'm pretty sure the eye makeup is the same story.  That is just how the game is.

No, the eye shadow like a beaten wife thing is from jb3 files.  I just forget where i read that.

I need to find the post about that again, and see if there is any way to keep the facial enhancements, and while losing the eye shadow.
