What can i do for EU??? i haven't EW...

What you want is the mod 'Downgrade EU to patch 4 Changelist 356266'.  That will get you back to EU just before EW was released.  But before installing that, be sure you follow the instructions in 'Steam and mods', to disable automatic updates and 'phoning home' or everything will get reversed again when you launch the game.

Note that this will let you use mods written for EU prior to the release of EW, but not those specific to EW, or updated to work with EW.  ALL mods are specific to a particular patch release, unless they state otherwise.

This isn't working for me. I have the steam version of this game.

They are ALL steam versions.  Disk sets just consist of a Steam installer with a purchase key.

Some people have reported that this mod took several tries before it finally worked for them without any other apparent difference in approach.  (The unspoken assumption is they had to 'verify game files' between attempts.)  Some have reported in other mod threads that they could get their mod to install if it was before they tried to apply any ToolBoks tweaks.  (Mixing mods is always inherently risky, and order can be important.)

Give it another try.  If it doesn't work, you will need to give us some details so we have something to work with to help you.

Common FAQ for troubleshooting:

* What region (i.e. Europe, other specific non-North America country) & language is your game?

* What patch data (see the 'Patches' wiki article for what this consists of)?

* What path is your game installed to (as in "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Games"; everything above the "\Steam" folder)?

* Did you apply any other mods or tweaks before trying to install this mod?

* Anything else you can think of that is not what Steam is assuming?

* How is it not working for you?
    * Does the game start but not have what you expect?
    * Does it start but CTD immediately?
    * Does the Steam launcher start but game doesn't?
    * Have your tried a new game or only with a saved game?

Well, your mod is awesome, though I am not a clever man and I killed my Xcom game...Kinda wish there was an auto-installer for this or a simplified version, cause I followed the Read Me and did as it said.

Still, Pretty cool idea, I'm just too stupid to actually do it.

No one is stupid for simple DIY modding.

okay... seriously.

Here is where I'm at. Followed your read-me to the teeth. Then a ton of confusion hit when you simply put "Put in .exe folder"
Which ones is that. Cause the only .exe file is the Xcom launcher and XcomEW exe and putting those files, even though they do in fact replace files in there so it makes me believe that I am doing this 100% correct and I get a damn Error code when trying to launch. Please explain.

After reading comments you pretty much ignored the people with my same issue. At least from what I can see.
