hi, i am new user here. maybe someone can help me ? where i can find mod which will change all characters face or body? maybe is topic in forum which i did not see? thank you.

For upgrading character's faces, Nuska's Oblivion Character Overhaul may be good.  It completely replaces the textures for the game's faces, so now the people of Cyrodiil no longer look so criminally ugly.  For bodies, maybe check out the HGEC Body or Robert's Body mods.  I don't use them, so I can't vouch for their quality though.  Happy hunting!

Just remember that Oblivion uses standard body meshes for all rights. There might be a mod to fix this, but... :shrug:
