You can't get into twin lamps. It is an unjoinable faction. But if you look hard enough i'm sure you can find a mod that can do it for you.

When the code for Twin Lamps comes up you can see Jobasha to get a reward (if his disposition is over 70). You can also do two quests for Ilmeni Dren irrespective of the house you belong to. You need to have the topic 'slavery' already available before you see her. Speak to Brallion in Sadrith Mora or add it via the console if you haven't. The first Ilmeni Dren quest is called Twin Lamps.
BTW you can join Twin Lamps via the console but it serves no purpose you do not get quests and it has IIRC only two levels.
As the previous poster mentioned there is a mod 'Juniper's Twin Lamps' that lets you fight slavery. There is also a Master Key mod that lets you free ALL slaves.
