So when I look into Data Files on the launcher, it doesnt list any mods.

Also when I want to change the graphics by using the presets for example "high", it simply sets everything to 0 and unchecks everything.

 

Anyone know the problem? I am using skse and I also have Skyrim performance monitor installed.
