So I've played with a modded skyrim for a while, not making any changes for about a week. N
Today when i logged in, like 90% of my mods just doesnt show up, this includes textures for trees, rocks, grass, rain, amor, etc etc.. The only things i've noticed that work is my snow textures and probably the ENB. I've logged in offline on NMM, and everything is in order, I've also checked the skyrim launcher, and everything is checked.. Any ideas? 

The game-chaning mods that i have show up in the game menu thou..
