Im trying to figure out how to do something and I hope someone here might be able to point me in the correct direction. I want to make a perk that isnt in the level list when leveling but instead is auto grated based on if i have other perks.

 

Basically I want to make a perk that adds limb regen when my radiation level is at adv or higher. And I want this perk automatically given to me if I have both the Rad Child and the Atomic! perk. How would I go about doing that?
