Thanks, saw that file when I first got the mod, but I didn't know what it was for (first time installing mods to the game). Other than a few mislabeled lines of dialogue, it works great.

I just got through your mod and found the mod artfully done - Congratulations to all on your team for a seamless integration effort!
I'd recommend it to anyone not satisfied with the Bioware released endings.
Spoiler discussions:
Adding the thanix cannon to the fleet was a nice and logical touch, as were the tactical notes on how to use them to destroy reapers. However, the allies still seemed to do far less damage considering how the beam worked on the collector vehicle in ME2. Be nice to see the tentacles shaved off/disabled of any reapers attacking the Normandy or the allies protecting them in the Shepard recovery seen. Normandy could have used some drones, seems Bioware forgot about all the technology recovered from Sovereign and the collector base as well as most of the features of the Normandy SR2.
Also liked how you handled the mass relay system as non-catastrophic failures. Blowing them up previously was akin to a supernova as shown in the ME2 DLC and most civilizations would not have survived, synthetically modified or not.
Suggestion at the beam:
Shepard and Anderson are covered with debris and left for dead by the reapers instead of having their clothes burned/melted off - a lot less damage will normally kill you! Skin does not hold up well in a simple clothing fire, let alone melted armor and heavy metal plasma! Additionally, fix Shepherd's inability to move/not able to aim with the poor pistol - I get you're supposed to be dazed, but it is agony playing that part of the ending.
I ran into one issue with Anderson's apartment when Normandy is in space dock: for some reason the invites to the apartment were screwed up. Some invitees were random, some missing. I think there was a romance glitch in the auto save that caused this, as the info drone was absent most of the time.
Future work?
So, now seeking out the Dark energy threat can really be addressed with this ending with or w/o Shepard. It should start with the Quarian/Geth at Dolan's rapidly aging Star. Is there some natural influx of dark energy sweeping into our galaxy or some manufactured effort to destabilize the star? If natural how can we protect ourselves? And if manufactured, by whom and for what purpose?
I'd recommend it to anyone not satisfied with the Bioware released endings.

I haven't tested it but in theory, it should work. However, you need to install MEHEM BEFORE running the TPF Tool's treescan for texture mods. If you encounter problems, check the threads on BSN and/or the ME3Explorer forums for help.

The mod contains a low EMS ending. If you don't have enough EMS, the ending will not be so happy anymore. If you don't have a save with low EMS, you can check out the video on youtube.

I was thinking of doing something with the dreams for quite a while now. Unfortunately, I am very short on time these days. But maybe at some point when I get around to it, I may still give it a try (unless someone else is quicker of course
).
If I do get around to it, you will find it here on Nexus.

Thanks! Quick notes on your suggestions:
Thankix: I was actually thinking about sheering off the reaper tentacle in the video where the Normandy fires her Thanix. But then I though, if the Normandy can basically disable Reapers on her own, she would be a bit too powerful and would have been utilized differently in the battle. If most other ships have similar disabilities, the battle could actually be won and the whole crucible thing would make even less sense. On the other hand, while the collectors had some reaper tech, they certainly didn't have their most sophisticated weapons and shields. So it can make sense that the Thanix was way more efficient against their ship than against actual reapers.
Normandy's capabilities: Again, I didn't wat to make that single ship too powerful, especially given that it's mainly used to in- and exfiltrate Shepard and the team mates. Also, I never heard/read anything about the ship's drones being used in combat in any way (though I may just not remember, it's been a while since I read all of the codex).
Mass Relays: That Miranda slide with the relay was a contribution by Poly Morph. And yea, I think it was a nice touch as well, especially since the original EC epilogue slides already imply that the damage wasn't that bad.
Shepard and Anderson: These changes would be very complicated and would require a lot of work. Also, they would break gameplay (how zould you defeat Marauder Shields without aiming on Instanity?
).
Apartment issues: I gues you are also using CEM? Maybe ask over there about the problem. MEHEM does not change anything about the saves (apart from the NG+ bug which is fixed). This seems to be a problem within the Citadel DLC.
And one more note: If you are interested in the whole dark energy situation, you can check out my first ME3 ending mod (MEEM without the H, also here on Nexus). It's much more rough in technical terms but it's how I imaged the reapers and the dark energy situation to tie together in the plot.

It's strange to me that the Reapers use magnetic accelerator weapons, while the Collector ship had a particle beam, which technically is more destructive.

Are you using texture mods? If so, you need to get your game back to vanilla (see the FAQ's, linked in the mod description), then install MEHEM first and then run the treescan for the textures. After that, install your texture mods and things should work fine.
If you don't use mods, try to just vanilla your game and to re-install.
Don't forget to run the MEHEM uninstaller before getting your game back to vanilla.

The reapers use the red beams, which, according to the ME2 codex, are basically advanced Thanix cannons, not mass accelerators.
