Is there any way to create a mod that would reveal the perks that a soldier will be getting?

This would be incredibly useful for the Second Wave option "Training Roulette", since it is otherwise near-impossible to do, for example, a Medic, since you never know if a soldier will be getting 1 Medic-centric Perk or 3.

+1 here, I'd absolutely love the ability to turn this on, even if it was just a matter of editting an entry or two in one of the ini's.
