Where do I go to buy a spell to drain Illusion? I want to see if I drain my Illusion if I can get a trainer to keep training me in Illusion.

Someone in the Skingrad Mages Guild sells a Drain Illusion spell. But the best way to get cheap training is to make a custom spell that drains your illusion lots for a short length of time. Simply talk to the trainer when your skill is drained and you get training way cheaper.
