Would a merged patch make this mod and stat change/hair-eye mods play nicely together?

Mostly. Some custom eye mods use the Capucine eye mesh which causes googly eyes to happen, I tried to supply enough eye variants with v2 so people wouldn't need to do eye mod merges. Hair mods are mergeable, though a lot of the ones floating around don't work aesthetically too well with OCO in my experience.

I can confirm that OBSE works fine with GOTY steam edition. Just place the files in the right place and launch oblivion from steam. YOU MUST HAVE THE STEAM COMMUNITY ENABLED THOUGH. Check if any programs are conflicting with the Steam community if it doesn't work. CCC is quite a common one, and check your startup programs.

Hhm, I wasn't going to say anything, because to be quite frank, my mod list is so long that I'm surprised I haven't broken it before now. However, I too am getting the weird 'see through character' in first person, as if the camera is positioned in the middle of the character's model's head. Also in third person, my character seems to have developed an extra set of arms...
I've tried starting a new game, and it looks OK when I first start, but as soon as I save and reload, the problem comes back.
Not to worry, I've gone back to version 1 of your mod, which is still a vast improvement on vanilla.
Oh, and yes, I am using an English version of the game, with OBSE and Blockhead installed.
Edit: I've sent you a copy of my load order.

That's really odd, it never came up in testing and I've never had that happen, I'd be very interested in seeing your mod lists and load orders. Can you PM me them, both of you?

I think that would only be a problem if you've changed any settings. I don't care for Steam at all (but have to use it), so I just left everything at default and it works out of the box, so to speak.

Btw, playing on Russian Oblivion with OCO2, no mute NPC, everyone is just fine.

Used Wrye Bash to install it, done BSA redirection, Bashed it with "NpsFaceForceFullImport"
And from the begining there are two problem: Robert male body v5 simply do not want to use your replacer textures. It still use original one and if I remove original ones, i get this:

Another problem is also shown - every time I try to load game, I get torso behingd the character and part of his face before my eyes in fpw...

It's a total mystery to me as to why that's happening. Robert's is not a part of my mod config but there should be nothing preventing it from working. Can you also PM me your full load order? I'll poke around things and try to figure out what is happening.
e: Try loading OCO after Robert's replacer ESP.
