In response to post #11296478.

From what I've seen, her texture appears identical or nearly identical to Dark Green Glass Armor (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/2996/?). Whether it's the same one she's using, I don't know. But I can't really tell the difference.

Thanks for making and sharing this mod. Having it has inspired me to create a character who uses heavy armor, something I hadn't done in Oblivion before.

It's different. My retexture is darker and tinted more towards a pine/jade colour, and I recoloured the glow to be more subtle and with a teal sheen to it.

The bright green glass effect didn't look good to my eye, I've never liked it much in TES games, this was a totally aesthetic decision.

Thank you Nuska for "Assorted Protective Female Armors". Wonderfull to see armor mod(s) that works with the fantasy setting that the elder scroll universe provides.
If I could I would endorse it again and again :)

Ooo this looks great. I'm going to try this out. I wasn't happy with the armor I currently have. I was hoping someone would make some like these!

Great Mod! It's pretty difficult to find armour for female characters that isn't in any way 'skimpy.'
And personally, sexified heavy armour just doesn't fly.

Endorsed!

This is exactly the kind of content - and design philosophy behind it - that I was looking for in armor replacers. I grow ever more weary of titillation becoming the focus of artistic choices and resulting in an increased workload for modders and mod users alike - From an outside point of view, it feels like being asked to detract from the cornerstones of simplicity and elegance and distort an already appealing piece of work.

I certainly wouldn't appreciate being asked to make my writing more gratuitously titillating or my necessarily serious radio persona into a raspy voiced stereotypical 'ladiesman', so in a medium that is both science and art, I can't imagine that being any less obnoxious.

The mismatching with Glass weaponry and shields is a pity, but not unexpected given the amount of time that likely goes into OCO2, not about to give you grief about that when I plan on using both mods. I might as well learn to mess with the Construction Set and snip the textures for those out of an existing mod. If it's not too much effort for too little learning, some minor edits may be in order to match the armor better. Is that a hint of teal or azure to the glow reflection?

...Also, rejoice in the thought that I am going to repeatedly torment a friend with the term 'Shcrödinger's Boobs'.

Something that you may find a bit less glaring is DarkGlassExtraSet.

I agree. 99% of the armor mods here on the Oblivion nexus are A. skimpy, B. overly form-fitting (and thus boobplates), or C. skimpy and boobplates*. It's good to see an armor mod that actually has a friggin modicum of realism for once. The Skyrim and Morrowind nexuses aren't nearly as bad as Oblivion's.

*And that's just for the male armors! :P
