I think the main mod (SU 2) is "finished". The only part missing is compatibility patches for popular mods, but it is a big one...

I was wondering if the unleashed beta is compatible with Isoku's new loot and degradation mod?

No, I think it will heavily unbalance the game (an important part of the SU balance is based on refinement plans, and I'm afraid Isoku's mod could potentialy break this part).
