Once the mod is activated, you don't need to go find each girl to get them all. If you find any of the girls, you can take and read their book (from your inventory, not theirs). It will ad the body changer spell, and you can simply summon the rest of the girls to you. Kartika and Jolayil may be the easiest for most people to find.

As far as the install goes, if you aren't using NMM, both files go to the Data folder, and then just activate the mod. There should not be any conflicts, but if you are having problems, you might try changing the load order.

I do have a question. Is there any way I can apply a different body texture on the followers?
With, for example, Danariel I could by replacing the files in her texture folder, here however there seems to be no separate folder for the followers.
