Really cool mod. The problem is, whenever I use one of the characters and then save the game, I can't reload it (I get the unending skyrim load screen).

Here's an example:

I go to the Jorrvaskr to find Kartika. I stand in front of her and save the game. If I reload that save, it works fine.

If I go the Jorrvaskr and interact with Kartika and then save, it will not reload.

If anyone has any suggestions on what could be causing this, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I do not think that relates to our mod, I think it's a problem with your installation. However, there are several things you can try:
1) Install this bug fixes that is particularly effective with this type of problem
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46465/?
2) Try to save to another location.
3) If you use an Enb before loading the save disables the preset with Shift-F12 and once loaded the game rehabilitate it in the same way
4) try to change the load order especially if you use any mod that handles followers.
5) try a different follower in another location and use the spell that you lern reading the book to evocate Kartika.
Let us know the result.

You also need to have activated the quest from the temple of mara to get married. without the quest even if you find the amulet alone does not allow to marry.

Unfortunately, Skyrim does have those issues, and there are a lot of mods out that try to fix them. The one Farvat mentions does a great job, as well as the Unofficial Skyrim patches. One of the ongoing problems with the game is the video and game memory too.

Just so you know, the mod is not heavy scripting, quests, or highly customized AI packages. The followers do use pretty standard follower packages, and the spell only has one script which is only loaded into memory when it actively used.

Ok I tried to get an amulet, i followed a guide ( I didn't even know that i could marry someone without this mod). So, the quest is active, now i have to go to the ceremony. I'll post again if something goes wrong but i doubt it: I'm just a noob, and that's all.

I'm going to send you a link to try in PM.

EDIT: Reporting that the problem was fixed by switching to loose files instead of BSA format. All of the main download files are now loose files by default.
