Where can I download a mod so that I can read what the hell everyone is saying

so i downloaded the mod and the areas apperared on my map. i clicked on the southern border and quick travled there. it tried to load but then said i couldnt go that way then my game crashed. what do i do?

and i tried to download and install borderless cyrodiil through NMM and it wouldnt work. what can i do? also i tried to find the option to disable borders in the ini file but couldnt find it. Please Help! Thanks!

nevermind. i just downloaded a .zip version from planet elder scrolls and downloaded it to NMM.

I don't have my mod hosted on Planet Elder Scrolls, so if there was one there it was uploaded secretly by someone without asking me. Please uninstall it and use the correct one.

The description page tells you how to disable the borders. Its very simple to do, just changing one digit in a text file.
For the ini just use the "Find" option in notepad and paste in bBorderRegionsEnabled to find the bit.

Can anyone name a way to have RAEVWD LOD for Elsweyr without RAEVWD on the rest of the world map? Or at the very least tell me which LOD files effect Elsweyr and not the rest of the Tamriel?

On the RAEVWD page just download the file called RAEVWD Elsweyr Anequina V3. That only has the Elsweyr things. And then after that double-click on the TES4LODGen icon which will generate them.
If you change your load order you would need to run TES4LODGen again as the lod files for new objects depend on the place the mod sits in your load order.

There's lots of new places to explore beyond the borders. Try out the Silgrad Tower mod as well which adds a slice of Morrowind with several complete cities full of npcs and quests.
The Windfall and Stirk mods are very good as well, with new settlements and quests.

this must be the first good mod i have come across where the author hasn't abandoned their mod. DLing. even if i end up not liking it, you deserve the endorsement for dedication.
