Voted for file of the month and I gave you a 10 earlier =)
Downloaded some crap called Borderless Cyrodiil and all it did was put borders EVERYWHERE instead of removing them, if I fast traveled to a vanilla location I'd get the "You cannot go that way, turn back" and get teleported back to where I was, ofcourse none of that is your fault, great mod =)

I have giving this file a rating of 10.
I love this mod and cannot wait when it you have completely finished it!! This is an excellent work of art for Oblivion.

Sounds tasty. I've been looking for more of a unique type setting rather than Oblivion's generic-fantasy realm.

Wow.
The scale and the professionalism of this mod is breathtaking. Well done.
I have but one minor quibble: The distant terrain near the center of the province (I didn't get the offending cells...sorry) seems to have incorrect heightmaps or is just plain messed up as there is a giant gash in the mountain. I can send a screenshot if my description is inadequate.
Is anyone else noticing the messed up distant LOD? It may very well be me.

@ aminalbmx
I think that boat would have a really tough time getting up all those waterfalls!! But at least you can go sailing along the tropical coast of Topal Bay and have a picnic on the beach.
The landscape textures were ones originally created by the Unique Landscape team for a possible desert landscape which never got off the ground.
@ Apophilius
I do plan to add some quests eventually. & I have included one (very tiny!) quest already -- at Brukreich Bridge -- to see if I could make the quest system work for me. Making them is harder than it looks. Players are so unpredictable and get up to lots of mischief like hacking friendly quest-giving NPCs to death!
@ somebodys_kid
Those LODs are a real nightmare! Each time you create one it comes out different, because they only approximate the land in a rough sort of way. The whole area of the mod only needs four landscape meshes (they are really huge things!), but getting the seams to line up nicely (especially where they cut across a mountain range) is really hard. I think I've generated them a couple of dozen times, and they look different every time . . . the ones I included were my best attempt.
