hi all, can some one help me, why this happen? left hand....

I suggest waiting until the next version is out. You can however load the body you want using the "WeightConvert.xml" as a reference, load the outfit, delete the body shape that came with it, and duplicate the reference body into the outfit again. Then export.

what changes will come with the new version? Because i have problems with some outfits with the textures and enb that i use.

Wanna show me a screenshot? Usually BS/OS shouldn't have anything to do with textures and ENB's.

That's strange indeed. What happens if you import the original outfit into Outfit Studio (don't use a reference), disable "Shape -> Smooth Seam Normals" for all of the outfit shapes (not the body) and export again?

I'm having a very annoying issue trying to convert some UNP outfits to CBBE. I can't get the weight slider to work with my converted outfits no matter what I do. The strange thing is that the first couple of outfits I converted awhile back work fine with the weight slider, but now all of my efforts are in vain. Note that all of these outfits are from the same mod, so if the ones I converted successfully work with weight slider then the others should too. I can't remember exactly what I did it to make it work. I am naming the files properly with the 'Outfit_1' and 'Outfit_0' so I know that's not the issue.

I've followed the tutorial to the letter and it doesn't work. I've tried going through without copying any bone weights, copying only for the high weight but not the low weight, copying bone weights for only the outfit parts and not the duplicated body, and none of them work. I have tried both duplicating the body into the outfit for both high and low weight and also just carrying over the duplicated body from the high weight to the low weight without deleting it or making a new duplicate... I've probably tried some other things with small differences but this is just getting stupid.

Do you have any ideas on what may be the problem or what I may be doing wrong in the process that is not allowing the converted outfits to make use of the weight slider?

So after reading all the instructions and tutorials I am able to convert simple outfits from UNP to CBBE.

Now I am stuck on converting items that use parts (hands/feet) other than main body.

I delete the UNP part and when I add the reference CBBE part, I get the pic below!

If anyone can share what I am doing wrong and how to fix it, I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you

Will it work with shoes, like high heels?

ok, this might be a dumb question (and possibly outside the purview of this topic) but here goes.

so i've converted (i think) the robes from this mod to cbbe

http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/41241/?

to do this i had to extract the robes .nif file from the mods bsa.  now after following the guide i've got the two modified outfit .nif files... but i have no freaking idea what to do with them.

i've never made a mod so i'm unsure if i can just repackage the original mods .bsa with my modified .nif files (needless to say i have no idea how to do that, but i figure i can figure it out).  should i attempt to repackage the .bsa and salvage the .esp provided in the mod (i'm guessing the esp is what allows you to craft the robes in game because there is nothing like that in the bsa)?  any suggestions that sound less complicated (i dont care if i have to use console commands to get them, crafting isn't really needed).

thanks for any help.

never mind, didn't realize that loose files override .bsa.

I'm having some problems.  I followed all of the steps in the guide, and in the outfit studio, the armor looks perfect.  However, when I see it in game, the bottoms are gone.  What's going on?
