my game freezes/crashes every 5-10 mins, mainly during loading screens. just wanted to see if its because of my mod order or if i am missing something.

Run your load order through FNVEdit.  Consider making a merge patch (compatibility patch) with FNVEdit (very easy)

Consider adding some of the stability increasing mods such as NVAC, YUP, MMUE and possibly NVEC.

 

If it is still a problem, cut mods a few at a time to see which one is buggy.

i did all that and it still is crashing, though its running a little better.
