who sells the summon golden saint spell? if its a cheat or a mod, I don't want it

Felen Maryon should sell that spell. You can find him in Therana's chamber in Tel Branora and if u want a scroll you can buy them from Folms Mirel in Caldera's Mages guild but you need to be atleast a wizard in Mage's Guild

It's not a cheat, but you have have to have a powerful magic using character to actually use it, however once you know the spell, you can pay an enchanter to enchant an expensive or better amulet to summon it, use as powerful of a soulgem and creature as you can get or it won't last long.
