Apparently it is, but it's ignoring ALL the parameters I had set up during installation.

Gunner - I had a similar problem. Check from the console if it's giving an error message when it initializes. If it is, try disabling all mods except EE, loading a game once, and then enabling the other mods again. (this worked for me, no guarantee it'll work for you.)

When searching caves etc for the merchant quests, is the item only in the main level, or could it be found in a sub-level?

I love this mod's features, I've endorsed it but I'm curious about one thing, I've changed the base adder for "misc" to 1.00 so that I could sell clutter but I've noticed it also modifies the value of gold coins found in the world, it's a small issue but I'm wondering if anyone knows a fix.

I actually like the mod either, but its creating quite some issues ...
the main problem is that merchants lose ALL their gold as soon as i sell items to them, no matter how much the item is worth. that means that a merchants gold is set to 0 even if i sold something for 1 gold. wether the merchant has 600 or 1200 or whatever amount of coins doesnt matter. (i could see that others had the problem too, but i couldnt find a solution)
next prob is this auto haggle stuff. i dont see a reason why its allways at the lowest possible value...so turning that feature off is the only way to avoid the problem, but at least it is one. ^^ (as an example ... auto haggle gives 32% sell value, manually (only auto haggle deactivated via the ini, the mod itself is still active without further changes) i get 40% + with the same merchantile lvl and at the same merchant)
in addition to that auto haggle causes the values "buy" to go up to 1000% and "sell" to -50%, resulting in the problem that i could hardly buy anything anyways ... not to speak of selling stuff ^^ (except for making presents there are not much options)
it would be awesome if anyone had a solution for especially problem 1.
regards

I don't know if I'm not doing it right, but when I try to install with OMOD I get a message saying Warning - This folder contains esp files in sub directories. It is possible that the mod has been packed in a non standard way.

It can be found in any vanilla container in any cell of that dungeon.
