Hey so I'm into archery and I want to spend a talent point on the Ranger perk, but it won't let me spend it (it's greyed out). I have the perks I need leading up to it and I have the required skill, and this is the only one so far that I can't use. 

 

I use skyre if that changes anything, so please help because I can't get anything past that if I can't get Ranger.
