What I like is not having to use uncapper and less perks overall.
What I dont like that much is keeping additional weapon types. When I'm downloading an perk overhaul I'm expecting an .esp + scripts , not texture and mesh files. That is the main thing I couldnt stand about SkyRe and was hoping for change.
Still, sounds promising. Would use it over SkyRe.

Very excited for this. I've loved SkyRE, can't play a savegame without it, and Perkus Maximus seems like a lovely successor. I'd be a willing tester (See: guinea pig) as my newb modding skills probably won't apply much. Good modding to you, sir. *salute*

Roleplaying games with perks should have some basic perks you can learn just as you get your first level ups, but then there would be those much more rewarding perks which require higher skill levels + 2-3 other preliminary perks to learn. A good example would be Neverwinter Nights.

These could include perks from different skills that would give "synergy" bonuses or other unique abilities. For example you could learn a destruction perk to better use frost spells which would enable you to learn a perk in enchanting which would let you craft better versions of said spells.

I am immensely excited for this. SkyRe completely revamped skyrim and made it worth playing thousands of times where the vanilla would have run dry of enjoyment. With your enhanced skills, Ill be dreaming of this right up to release.

So any ETA?
Quick question. i did read the whole article. But will this have a structure like sperg? Just mod perks and other small stuff, so it will be easy to use any armor and weapon pack without tons of comp patches?

No tons of comp patches, but an advanced patcher.

Question regarding new awesome advanced patcher: Currently, it's quite pain in ass using ReProceer if your game language differs from english. Will new patcher have problems with non-english strings?

What is the progress as of now? Still 50% or more? Any idea if it will release within the next couple of months? I don't know if I should hold off on a play-through and wait for this or not.
