T3nd0,
I love the idea of a refined, second-gen version of your perks and combat modules, but what about the other stuff?
Will you be tackling races, zones, scaling and the rest, or will you recommend other mods to take over those parts of the game?
Like others here, i don't want to start another SkyRe run if PerMa is going to be that much better...
On TNBT

Will Fingersmith and Wayfarer be returning? Well, I hope if Wayfarer returns it's something more interesting. Skills whose value itself does nothing are boring, it makes majoring in or training that skill a waste.

@ Stridercal:
Perks/combat only in PerMa, and comat is only in because it's linked to combat perks.
@ Torchic:
Yup, they're in again.

thanks for the info, guys. it's unfortunate that there isn't a viable replacement for skyproc at the time, installing JRE and its myriad of exploits isn't worth it for just one program/mod.
java (or, to be more specific, JRE) is the computer equivalent of AIDS because like AIDS it sabotages the host's immune system. java's other shortcomings, such as its wastefulness, aren't particularly crippling for a program that needs to run rarely and only for short periods of time.

After over 500 hours with skyrim, I just cheers every time some new gameplay mod pops up.

Poison spells <3
Looking at the Destruction perk tree, I'll guess that they are in Restoration like Poison Rune from Dragonborn…
