I was wondering if its possible to get the music from the game in MP3 files? I have the sound track but the songs are shortened and they can't be played in loops like it plays in the game continuously.

Is this possible for someone to help me get the MP3's? I'm not sure if its stored in a game file somewhere or whatever.

The game only uses MP3 files for music. If you can't find them in the music folder, they're inside the BSA.

You'll need a tool like BSA Commander, or the Oblivion Mod Manager's (OBMM) BSA Browser Utilities, or whatever else there is to extract files from a BSA.
