ff7legend Posted January 9, 2014 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Why anyone would even attempt to download 200 mods at once is beyond stupid. It's just plain ridiculous. Not only is that bad for the servers, but I can't see any internet connection being able to handle that many downloads at once without imploding on itself. I'm glad to hear of the incoming limits concerning the number of files being downloaded at once via a NMM update. I'm willing to bet that's part of what's been causing all the issues with slow downloads/failed downloads/NMM not being able to connect to the metadata server/log-in server when folks try to sign into NMM. I always clicked on the "add mod from file" option and navigated through the explorer window.
