I have not been able to figure out a way to do the Blood Bath Quest without incurring a bounty. I have been unable to goad any of the characters in the Council Club to fight me. I have tried using Charisma spells and potions. I spent thousands in gold training speechcraft from one of the very persons I intend to illiminate in the bloodbath, but to no avail. Any hints?

Just for fun, I actually attacked one of the miscrients and then easily wiped the lot of them from existance. This quest is long overdue.
