Yes, that's normal. I replace default jane's textures with ones compatible with a CC made Shepard so I don't interfere with the textures used on NPC's or with ELE's character overhaul mod.
If you want the default Jane morph to use with this texture, I suggest you use this headmorph on a custom Shep.

It will allow you to pick any eyebrows or hair you want as well, through gibbed edits. This is something you can't do using the preset default Jane in the CC.

ok cool thank you yeah it doesn't bother too much if anything I find it funny to see that face without eyebrows lol Also thanks for that link
