Does anyone how to change the face or hair of a character mid way through the game (like after character creation in seyda neen) ?

I'm going by memory here, but the following console commands should help you out:

player->EnableBirthMenu
player->EnableClassMenu
player->EnableRaceMenu
player->EnableNameMenu

right, but without the "player->". Oh, and be sure to backup your save files before doing this, since it could cause bad things to happen to your character.

better command:

EnableStatReviewMenu

u can access everything from there. when i used EnableRaceMenu to edit my looks mid game it just pulled off a CTD every time i pressed ok.

also u have 2 save and reload ur game for any changes 2 take effect

The thing is, don't type in EnableRaceMenu twice. If you do, besides just changing your character it will pull up the other menus in character creation, you'll have to re-choose your class and your person will start back on level one.
