So i was playing with the creatiin kit,. Added mod spell perk added dragonskin perk i just cant understand the extra damage perk, there are 2 values in this perk, example i was playing around with miraak,s extra damage 2 perk, there are 2 values, so does this other value add both to physical damage or does the other value add damage to spells? i confirmed that it adds damage to weapons how about spells? or shouts
