Thanks, looking into it.

edit 1; I found the game files where her assets for those scenes were hiding. I'm working on get a .mod up that adds in those missing instances asap. Thanks!

NP. Will keep my eyes open in case another bug appears during my playthrough. Mods like this deserve to be bugless :-)

Much appreciated :)
Reports like this really help me out. It's hard to catch everything with a small test group.

OK got another one :). During Rachni mission, when Ashley speaks at the queen´s chamber, her mouth (especially her upper lip) gets a bit Apy (Ape-like). Only for a sec, so I didn´t manage to get a screenshot....

Version 1.1b is up now, fixes the missing meshes from the Citadel coup, and some additional ones I found that affect her appearance during the transition from Mars to the Hospital. Let's hope she isn't stashed away any other places!

As far as animation wonky-ness goes, that might be occasionally unavoidable due to changes made to her head between ME2 and ME3. Not unfixable per se, but something I might not be able to make perfect. Good to know in any case.

To add to this:

Her head-mesh worked without any problems for me, textures for uniform were something of a mess, however - may or may not be an issue related to firewall-clearance, although I did not get any pop-up there. Still, Comodo did give me issues these last few days...

Out of curiosity: the .tpf is there for the GUI-replacements in squad-selection and such, correct?

Only other mesh-replacement across DLC of note I had running was Largon's replacement for EDI from this site, which worked without issue.

The tpf contains head and outfit textures plus the squadscreen updates. It is advised that if you own and have applied the mesh-packages for DLC, you run the tpf alongside at all times seeing as it's currently not possible to run a DLC meshmod and a DLC texture mod that affect the same PCC files. This has to do with a current restriction in ME3Explorer that has been reported. Because of this, the texture .MOD has been pulled.

Also, be aware that after the last Origin update some people have reported issues in getting Texmod to work consistently, where it seemingly loads in fine but doesn't actually apply textures half the time. The issue is accompanied by a consistent game-crash when trying to boot with texmod in logging mode so it is easy to track whether or not you have been hit with this issue.

It's a bit of a double whammy atm that is making it hard as we found out only yesterday. it's likely the texmod issue is resolvable and the matter of DLC mesh and texture mods not combining is being looked into. DLC mesh modding is still very young, as such DLC meshmods are breaking new ground and comes with definite growing pains atm.

I myself have been having a problem with Texmod since the last Origin update. It acts normally like its loading, and then doesn't apply the textures in game, about 50% of the time now. Usually fixes itself after I exit the game, reselect the tpfs, and go back in. So, still functional, just a bit of pain.

The tpf is the only method of using textures right now for the reasons Ottemis listed.
It contains everything required for the meshes installed by the .mod to look correct (face, hair, body, outfits, and squad pics.)

So Origin's to blame, eh? Heard some rumblings there...

I suspected that it would be Texmod in my case, although for different reasons.
Best of luck figuring it out, although given the breakthroughs achieved with me3explorer, I wouldn't be surprised if that's overcome eventually too.

No worries, issues like this are barely worth mentioning (sadly quite often present in some AAA titles).
If I find any missed meshes, you will be first to know.
