Amazing how much difference this makes! Loving it.

Btw, FYI, I noticed that Brooks on the Citadel switches from blue to red uniform depending on LOD. At first, off in the distance at the Sushi entrance, she's wearing blue, then appears up close with the red uniform. It must be a very distant LOD because I'm not noticing at the beginning of the game when so many NPC's are wearing this.

Oh, and for others reading this, the mod does not change Anderson or Hacket and a few others who are higher ranked or wearing diff number of bars on shoulders. So this mod gives a nice variety in game, like at the beginning, maybe half of the NPC's wear the red while others still wear blue.
