Which default.sfar DLC file are we adding the sound fix to? (Stupid question I know...but I'm just not figuring out which DLC to add it to)

This mod is amazing :O I wish I could get this mod on my PS3 version as well. I don't understand why they removed this conversation from the game anyway? It's has so many feels!
Dumb noob question, but is there anyway to get this on the PS3? The game just doesn't feel complete anymore without it!

Ran the installer and it did it's thing, but I can't find any .Mod File when I look in the specified folder for ME3 Explorer to use. Is there something wrong or did it already do it?

is the binkw32.dll needed? dlls usually contain viruses,, I dotn really think this one does, but modifying game files make the game unplayable in multiplayer...and i have some other dlcs and some mods which may cease functioning...so what does the binkw32.dll do? would the conversation trigger without it?

I decided to vanilla my game and when I re-installed it, Origin refuses to load it 'cause it thinks it's a DLC from an external account. My Origin is disabled, but I really don't know what to do right now.
