Ok, so I figure this is mod related, as I have tried to fix this otherwise. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2 (newest bios load now)
AMD FX-8350 (Tried everything from my normal 4.4 down to 4.0)
Radeon HD 7950 Black Edition 3GB
32 GB of Kingston Ram (Currently running at 1600)
SSD Samsung 840 (Operating System)
SSD Crucial V4 (Game drive)
Windows 8.1 (obviously 64 bit)
2 Seagate 2 TB drives
2 Seagate 3 TB drives
BD RW
DVD RW
Drivers, and utilities are up to date.

Skse is 1.6.16

Thinking I might have had a corrupt file I deleted it all and reloaded. It doesn't seem to be any one thing. There seem to be a few places, and then just a random dump. This dump locks the game. I ran all monitoring software on second screen. Nothing got warm, nothing overvolted, overloaded, or locked except the game.

Ram usage started at 2.8, and spiked at 6.0 and immediately dialed back to 5.8 without going higher, followed by the game locking 30 seconds later or so. No ENB this time, tried one previously. Tried safetyload as well.

I am running lots of 2k and 4k textures. And a lot of mods. I can run around some places without any issues, and just have a random lock. With Skyrim and windows 8.1 I have to log out and log back in. Start the game up and can wander about for a random amount of time.

I can sometimes reproduce the issue in a few specific places, and sometimes not.

All mods were installed through nexus mod manager. Then loaded wrye bash. Closed ran BOSS. Reran wrye bash. Ran TESVedit.

Have also dumbed down my game to everything a friend has. His computer is much older, but runs invidia 512 card. Vilja was the only thing I had that he didn't and had locks and freezes.

Dropped from High Res to optimized. It doesn't get to the 3 gig usage on ram now, nothing overheats, nothing seems to have issue.

At this point, I consider Win 8.1 might be part of it, or the AMD card. I can't claim zero problems with any games, as Lego Marvel superheroes crashed once or twice and so did Orcs Must Die 2. That's in hundreds of hours of gameplay.

I really want to play modded skyrim, modded FONV was awesome.

Someone please help me before I give up.

I would recommend that you checkout Skyrim Project Stability, you can find lots of invaluable advice there.

Not an expert here but I've had the same problem as you, different mods mostly but some are the same.
The tip I got was the cleaning, when u run Boss u get a page of "dirty files" and so on. Have you cleaned them?
I did and the game changed a lot, also I uninstalled mods that was out of date, even if I wanted them

I myself is gonna check out the crash fix!

I have cleaned all the dirty edits. I can say I noticed no differences between the game working and not with dirty or touched up.

At this point I wonder if I have a bad downloaded file.

Have you tried verifying game cache through Steam? Missing files can cause the game to run normally, but CTD randomly. I would suggest starting there. Also, you should run BOSS and provide the BOSS list on this thread WITH ERRORS, even if you've cleaned everything, the relev delev lists and conflicts show up as well, that can be useful while helping you.

I did delete my entire game from steam and even downloaded it again.

I have run boss, not really sure how to capture the boss log but will give that a whirl.

Windows 8.1 is rather annoying in some of this as it loads boss into an exported version of IE.   And thanks for all the help guys.

Run BOSS GUI, then copy and paste from the log.

Only issues I can tell MAY be a problem:

First:

dD - Enhanced Blood Main.esp Active
* Requires: Monster Mod and Immersive Creatures Patch ("http://www.nexusmods...sive Creatures.

You don't, from what I can tell, have any patches for this. Problem lies in that there's a DG and DB patch (you have both DLC's) AND a Monster Mod/Immersive creatures patch, but they can't both be installed at the same time. Which means you'll need to remove enahnced blood OR SkyMoMod and Immersive creatures OR both DLC's. None of which are going to help with your current save game. I would contact the author of Enhanced Blood and see if he/she could give you some advice in that regard, or possibly create a compatibility patch with ALL of those mods incorporated.

Second:

* Note: Ragdolls will conflict with other mods that change the skeleton.nif. Check Custom Skeleton Replacers ("http://www.nexusmods...r skeleton.nif.

Now, I don't really think this should be a problem, because I didn't see any other skeleton mods (like XP32) but I'm unsure if there are any other mods in your list that MAY modify the skeleton.nif, which would cause a conflict and CTD.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but it's a moderately large list, and there could be an undocumented conflict somewhere that BOSS isn't throwing an error for, that will take you forever to figure out.

Good luck. Hopefully one of those two issues may resolve it for you, but I'm not holding out a ton of hope.
