[Foxford]

Hey i was wondering whether it is normal for SPERG mod to level skills with passing time, and im not talking about armor while running or perks themselves, but the level increase bar. I noticed that i get sneak, one handed and archery leveled up for no reason. That fairly bugs me as it makes no reason to me and i already have pretty strong char and i dont need that. is there an option to turn it of or is it a bug?
