Ok so i decided to pick this game up again and start fresh..right now i have no mods at all. I checked over the mod section but christ, there is a lot lol.
So my question is would anyone care to help me out on which mods i should add?
Like faction, graphics, npc's, quests, armor/weapons etc.
Would really appreciate it a lot.
What mods to install?

Personally I don't use anything other than the offical mods, mainly cause I can't be bothered to download them, but they are all good and well balanced. Some good mods and gives a mix of armour, wepaons, quests etc
Good idea to get feedback though, most mods don't appear to have reviews attached so its hard to tell if they are any good without installing them.

Hi delusional,
RealSignPost is very useful, that rubbishy criX-craX in place of town names get readable, i ply it every time;
be in lower class, get the Jessica plugin, you can purchase a slave who is able to help you by arrow or sword (later you sould free her
);
Shakti's plugins (just search for his/her name);
FN_fasttravel by Sea is also useful plugin, warrants additional travelling routes;
Wilderness Sounds gives more real and interesting environment sounds;
LeFemmArmor and Betaliz's LeFemmArmor (female chars wear female gear);
and i like BalconyHouse, it takes a very beautiful house for personal use to Balmora, but you could find other plugins for housing problem to store stuffs, or wait while you are given a house in-game
theese are my favorit plugins

Some of my personal favorites are as follows:
Abandoned Flat 2.0 - The only house-mod I've ever needed or wanted.
Atmospheric Sound Effects - All of them. They're just COOL.
Adul's Landscape Retexture Mod - A load of improvements on the landscape textures. Just makes things look nice.
No Cliff Racers - GAWD how I hate Cliff Racers.
Adventurer's Balancing Mod - a lot of small tweaks to gameplay you may or may not like.
NPC Replace - Better looking NPC's in general.
Aerie of Tir Thalor - A very impressive faction/adventuring mod.
Dread Knights - Another cool faction/adventuring mod, IMO.
Children of the Night (Parts I & II) - Yet another cool adventuring mod.
Morrowind Advanced - Makes the game "tougher" in a lot of ways, but a cool mod, IMO.
And lastly... Zip Genius (a free download) to handle all my "zip" file needs with aplomb and finesse.
I have other favorites, but these are the ones that stand out in my mind at the moment.

I was pleasently supprised when I tried Zul's & Asturstar (sp) remods of the faces & hair styles. Gave the game new intrest.
The Creeper mod that gives more money - now you can get your money w/o waiting more than one day.
The Multiple mark mod - Not for the purest, but, my god, what a help.
Fast walk - greatly needed.
The Japanese House - Great house near Vivic
Roadsign mods
Kubu's daito & stamina mods
The different sounds mods
Just get them & try them in a throw away game. One or two per game. If you don't like them, don't save them, don't use them.

Well a lot of those mods can be found on/in the Downloads section on this web site and some of them can be found at: http://thelys.free.fr/mods.htm
If you don't find them in either of those places, try googling them by name with a +morrowind at the end... like so:
"aerie of tir thalor" +morrowind
Use Google and use those quote marks.
If you get truly desperate, PM me and I'll send you the source file or find you the plug-in.
