In response to post #14074598. #14081018, #14127698, #14130158, #14230928 are all replies on the same post.

Can you please add possibility to be specialized in Chaos, Corpus and Aether at the same time ? Or at least please make possible to respec perks and specialization, although possibility to be three at once are much more wished, by me anyway. And thank you for your great mod and your effort.

Just want to say that I can't wait for version 2 and I think that all changes relative to 1.6 sound awesome. I really disliked the perk requirement for using enchantments (it's the only thing preventing me from using EA for my current playthrough, I loved everything else) and I think the learning system is an excellent compromise.

So kudos to you, keep up the good work and I look forward to version 2.

In response to post #15368545.

Ditto on enthusiasm for v2. I was just about to reinstall this to my new round of save files before reading that a v2 is in the works. I hope we hear some news soon.

One thing that has bothered me is how easy it is to learn an enchantment. I am not sure if it is possible but in version 2.0 would it be possible to require say 3 items to be disenchanted before you can start enchanting with that enchantment. or maybe 3 minor enchantments, 2 medium, or 1 major to get access. One it would really boost your enchanting skills early requiring you spending more time disenchanting before you actually can start enchanting so you have a few perks you could have already applied.

I'm of the people that want to be able to use multiple perk trees, and would love to see requiring more perk points to beable to follow multiple trees, Give Soul Shaper 5 ranks, Rank 4 allowing you to branch into a second perk tree at 90 enchanting, and Rank 5 allowing you to branch into a 3rd perk tree at 95 Enchanting I do want to earn the right to start dabbling into the other trees and not just middle maddle my way up all 3 branches.
Making Essense Gambit, Essense Modulation, Essence Nemisis all 2 Rank points as well so to go both ways on the branch you need to rank them up as well would mean someone really needs to invest in perks to be a true Enchanting master.

I hope your move has gone well as I read elsewhere you are moving between April and this summer, and that you are going to be giving us a V2.0 sometime in the near future!

Thank you for this mod. Endorsed today

@sareth00 & deRusett:

Thanks for the ideas. Version two has been put on hold for awhile, due to the move and some other life events. I'll probably start tinkering with it again pretty soon though. :)

Development has been picking up again.

Has anyone still been having trouble with soul gem pedestal traps? For instance, not being able to pick up the gems after you knock them off the pedestal? I had noticed something recently when I was playing but I wanted to hear if others had this problem still or not.

Gonna repost my suggestion from earlier this year, maybe you can do it:
"Though I have to request one thing. I need to be able to dissenchant items but keep the item. I use morrowloot thus I don't really have much armor. Maybe add it in a way that once you learned an enchanment by sacrificing an item for it, you can then remove this enchantment from any item you want. Normally even known enchanmted items show up in the dissenchant menu but you can't do anything with them. Why not just give you the option now to dissenchant them. I would suggest to add a cost of a soul gem for it, or you need a Perk (maybe Soul shaper Rank 3 or Rank 4 with Sperg), something balanced."
Dunno if you rememberd, though I should post it here after I started playing Skyrim agian.
