First of all, make sure that you have the following:

1) A clean installation of Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon (nothing else!)

1.5) Have installed these in the correct order

2) Have not installed any mods that make conflicting changes to items

3) Have installed MGSO 3.0 correctly

This seems to be a problem between Darknut's textures and something else you have installed. If anything, try to install MGSO again from a clean installation of the three main files (Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon- in that order). It is not something that I had encountered when using MGSO (nostalgia made me go back), so I do not know exactly what problem you face. Regardless, please respond if you have all of these things and have tried to reinstall.
