I hope so i already got my entire argument organized

One thought though, Argonians and Khajiit least popular!? I think a Penn and teller quote is in order. Coming from a person who has an esoteric comfort level in playing beast races that negates him from playing any other race. I think that beast races are severely under-rated as a whole; people don’t know enough about these wonderful people. :/

Oh yeah, and I am in full support of the beast races being able to wear boots. please god don’t protest this play feature unless you play a beast race yourself, because you don’t know how much of a pain in the ass it is to find a pair of enchanted deadric boots in the wilderness, and not being able to sell or wear them :angry2:

Well I have played only ONE race in Morrowind - Argonians.
I did't even try to play an another race.

Actually, as far as I can tell, the beast races were quite popular. Might just be from my perspective though.

By the looks of thing on the Best Race Poll, the Beast-races are the almont the least popular:

Dark Elf - 22 (27.50%)
Nord - 11 (13.75%)
Breton - 10 (12.50%)
Imperial - 8 (10.00%)
Wood Elf - 7 (8.75%)
Redguard- 6 (7.50%)
Argonian - 5 (6.25%)
Khajiits - 5 (6.25%)
High Elf - 4 (5.00%)
Orc - 2 (2.50%)

As you see, Orcs and High Elfs are the least popular, but somehow the cruel, stinking Dark Elf enslavers are at the top. :angry2:

people usually like the dark elves more because they are in my opinion the most balanced race.

dark elves: mages, wariors, scouts and thieves
nords: mainly warriors and barbarians
orcs: the same
high elves: majority are mages
argonians: mostly thieves
khajits: thievs
breton: mages, agents
imperial: warriors, agents
redgaurds: almost all are warriors

beast races dont make good hereos thats why they are probably disliked among most people.

Well, actualy, I like beast-races because Humans, Elfs, Orcs and other Humanoids are BORING.
You can see Humans in almost ALL RPGs. (always playable)
You can see Elfs almost as much as Humans. (almost always playable)
Orcs are most of the time an evil race, so you can see it more often as an enemy race. (sometimes playeble)
Beast-races are the one of the uncommon enemies. (rarly playable)

So, when I saw Argonians (they are on the top of the race list in Morrowind) I decidet to play them, because it was something new.

SO PEOPLE GO ON!!!

And sandy, I think it's just because most people are stereotypes, not just because Dark Elves are the most balanced. O.o I don't think I've ever played as a Dark Elf, or a High, or a Wood. For me, just Argonians and Imperials. (Yep, I'm a stereotype too!)

Haha! That'd be great! Too bad they made it in one of the official patches that Lycanthropy cancels out Vampirism. Guess they didn't want us going all Underworld on Dagoth Ur's rear.

Hey! If you want, you can download a mod called Vampire Werewolf, and it will be posible, and to play normaly download the Vampire Embrace mod and everything will be sweet!
